Robin Azibert is the Chief Operating Officer of Nzolameso Group and Dominion International, where he oversees group-wide operations, execution discipline, capital deployment, and institutional processes across energy, logistics, investment, and real assets.

He brings a strong institutional background in investment management, banking, oil trading, and portfolio operations, with professional experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His career includes roles in strategic equity transactions, oil trading and investment, structured finance, real estate coverage, and portfolio management, giving him a rare combination of financial rigor and real-economy execution expertise.

Robin has worked with leading financial institutions and investment platforms including Natixis, Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking, family offices in Dubai, and investment management firms, where he was directly involved in transaction structuring, risk management, capital allocation, and investor relations.

At Nzolameso Group, Robin is responsible for:

Robin holds a Master of Science in Investment Management with a double concentration in Risk Management and Asset Management from HKUST Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lingnan University. He has also completed advanced training in fintech and financial inclusion.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he has been actively involved in international fundraising and social impact initiatives, reflecting a balanced approach to capital, responsibility, and long-term value creation.

Steve Nzolameso is a Board Member of Nzolameso Group and Dominion International, and a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with more than a decade of experience building and scaling profitable operating businesses.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vostro Power, a privately held company established in 2011, generating approximately USD 20 million in annual turnover. Vostro Power

operates as a specialized intermediary in the trade of specific products, while also providing strategic advisory, operational assistance, and communications support to corporate clients.

Through Vostro Power, Steve has developed deep expertise in:
